The European market potential for teff and fonio (part 1)

2 of the most notable ancient grains from Africa are teff and fonio. Teff and fonio are relatively new to the European market. Little is known about their import volumes and consumption in Europe. The interest in healthy nutrition and gluten-free grains make Europe an interesting market.

But what is holding these grains back? And what is their future in Europe? These questions will be looked at during the webinar.
