MAISON&OBJET Paris

Lifestyle event showcasing the art of living in all its rich and varied expressions

MAISON&OBJET is the international authority for home decor, interior design, architecture and lifestyle culture and trends through its shows, events and its digital platform. The trade fair that returns annually brings together a 360° product offering. Here you will find anything and everything in the worlds of decoration, design, furniture, accessories and textiles.

Meet South African Design at Maison & Objet

At the upcoming trade fair CBI will present 9 creative participants of the Crafts South Africa Programme. The diversity and uniqueness of the products that the participants will offer are in line with the varied expectations of global markets.

The Crafts programme is a 5-year project that focuses on the Home decoration & Home textiles sector in South Africa. The project, started in 2014 and ending this year, is to support the development of business export capabilities and to address obstacles within the larger business environment.

Developing internal company expertise and systems will result in the professionalisation of the participating companies. This will increase their chances of finding new European trading partners, through a focused penetration of the EU market, with a well-designed export collection.
