Tips to meet EUDR Requirements in the coffee sector

The European Union (EU) developed the European Union’s Regulation on Deforestation-free Products (EUDR) to ensure that specific products sold in the EU do not come from deforested land.

The regulation is part of an EU regulatory strategy to address human rights and environmental degradation in agricultural supply chains. The requirements apply to traders and operators in the EU. From 30 December 2024 onwards, producers can only sell or export coffee on the EU market if it meets the EUDR requirements.

Some companies have already implemented systems and procedures to ensure compliance. On 3 October 2024, 15:00 CEST, importers and exporters will explain how they have prepared for the EUDR.

During this webinar, we answer the following questions:

  • How did other companies prepare for the EUDR?
  • Which challenges did these companies face?
  • Which tools or systems do these companies use?
  • What does this mean for (other) exporters?

For whom?

This webinar is for entrepreneurs and business support organisations active in the coffee sector who are interested in exporting to the European market.
