Ms. Lisanne Groothuis:
Lisanne is a consultant at ProFound – Advisers In Development, where she focuses on facilitating trade promotion, supporting sustainable sourcing and linking natural ingredients producers to the market. Lisanne is an experienced market researcher, with key expertise in the coffee and cocoa sector. Together with Gustavo Ferro, she is the author of the Coffee Market Information Studies for CBI.
Mr. Gustavo Ferro:
Gustavo is an independent trade and development consultant providing technical assistance to companies and organizations involved in agricultural value chains, including specialty coffee, cacao and natural ingredients. He is the lead researcher of the CBI Coffee Market Studies. Amongst others, Gustavo has supported the value chain analysis for CBI’s Connecting Central America Programme and is an external expert for SIPPO in natural ingredients and processed food.
