In memoriam of Joost Pierrot

It is with deep regret and sadness that we inform you that CBI External Expert Joost Pierrot passed away on Monday, 28 December 2020.

Since 2000, Joost Pierrot carried out assignments for CBI in the area of organic food ingredients, tea and coffee. Over the years, he built up an extensive network among the companies and business support organisations he worked with. Most recently, he worked as a coffee sector expert for the CBI export promotion project in Central America. He provided export coaching to 11 companies in Costa Rica, Guatemala and Panama.

We will remember Joost for his dedication and passion for his work, as well as his warm and friendly personality.

Our sincere condolences go out to his family. CBI management and staff wish them strength during this difficult period.
