Export Value Chain Analysis

CBI conducts value chain analyses (VCAs) for the development of business cases that may lead to new projects in value chains in the countries we work in.

Each of our VCAs include for the value chain (VC) that is topic of investigation a detailed analysis of:

• the export market and competitiveness;
• the structure, governance and sustainability of the VC;
• opportunities and obstacles;
• and possible interventions and support activities in the VC.
